YA is seeking a Construction Scheduler to develop, maintain, and finalize construction project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject. The role involves coordinating with clients, creating schedules from construction plans and specifications, monitoring progress, identifying schedule risks, conducting delay analysis, preparing impact reports, and maintaining project documentation. The position is intended for recent college graduates and offers significant on-the-job training, with a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience, along with strong communication, analytical, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
