Home Instead West Exeter & Teignbridge is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to plan and maintain consistent schedules for clients and Care Professionals, optimise travel and availability, adjust schedules in real time, match care professionals with clients, maintain client and Care Professional relationships, support franchise compliance, and work with recruitment on staffing levels. The role requires experience in home-care scheduling or coordinating, knowledge of the domiciliary care industry, strong communication and organisational skills, and flexibility for evening and weekend on-call duties.
