Hill International is seeking a Scheduling Control Section Head to develop, monitor, and control project schedules; identify risks and delays; coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders; produce schedule reports; ensure compliance with company and contract requirements; and lead and train scheduling-control staff. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 20 years of planning and scheduling experience including scheduling-manager experience on large-scale projects, knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup processes, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and EPPM. The position is based in Canada but requires relocation to Saudi Arabia.
