The Orchards at Lapeer is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for a skilled nursing facility to assist the Director of Nursing with all scheduling needs across the nursing department, collaborate with the nursing team, and creatively fill open shifts using current staff. The role requires detail orientation, computer literacy, strong communication and people skills, and comfort with 24/7 on-call availability.
