The Service Coordinator schedules jobs with customers and division technicians, coordinates dispatch through company service software, assists with parts procurement and subcontractor coordination, and supports permitting, quoting, inventory control, invoicing, test reporting, compliance, and safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience, strong communication and judgment, and the ability to work independently.
