Description
The Scheduler coordinates and schedules Personal Care and Homemaker services for clients, Personal Care Aides, and Homemakers in accordance with Plans of Care and regulations. The role maintains client, aide, and homemaker databases, communicates with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members, documents service changes, and complies with confidentiality and HIPAA requirements. It requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with an associate degree considered, at least two years of experience in scheduling, transportation, human services, disabilities, or a related field, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to handle phone contact and conflict resolution.
