Description
The Scheduling Coordinator will provide concierge-level customer service, greet patients and visitors, answer phones, schedule and prepare provider schedules, prepare patient charts, manage patient flow, assist patients, maintain the reception area, and maintain professional relationships with referring offices. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service experience; oral surgery experience is a plus but not required.
