Description
The Education Coordinator supports hospital staff education and training programs by coordinating classes, onboarding, competency requirements, records, and regulatory and accreditation compliance. The role works with clinical leaders, educators, Human Resources, and other stakeholders; maintains education records in learning management systems; tracks mandatory training; prepares compliance reports; and supports audits and inspections. It is a contract-to-hire, fully onsite position in Chesapeake, Virginia, with an anticipated application deadline of September 25, 2026, and pay of $22.00–$28.00 per hour.
