ECL Group is hiring an experienced Scheduling Manager to lead and transform its national scheduling function across Energy, Technology, and eMobility business lines. The role manages a scheduling team, allocates field technicians, monitors workloads and service performance, coordinates with operations and service managers, resolves escalations, and drives scheduling, resource-utilisation, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Candidates need at least five years of operational leadership, scheduling, workforce planning, or customer-support management experience, along with strong resource-planning, data-analysis, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
