Scheduling Manager at Hoffman Construction

Hoffman Construction is hiring a Project Scheduling Manager to lead schedule development and progress analysis for a hyper-scaled data center construction project near Childress, Texas. The role reports to the Scheduling Department Scheduling Manager, coordinates with site leadership and cross-functional teams, maintains schedule integrity, produces forecasts and reports, resolves delays and time disputes, and mentors project-team members. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, and at least five years of construction project scheduling experience. The salary range is $110,000–$140,000 plus incentives and per diem.
