Description

CGS is hiring a full-time Scheduling Manager for its instructional delivery services team. The role leads and develops a team of Instructional Delivery Schedulers and manages end-to-end training logistics, including session scheduling, learner enrollment, instructor assignment, roster and attendance records, compliance documentation, stakeholder communication, performance reporting, and continuous improvement. The position is remote or hybrid and offers a competitive annual salary of 50,000–55,000 CAD, along with health, dental, life insurance, and RRSP benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years coordinating or managing training programs, events, or similar activities
2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
Experience managing, coaching, and developing scheduling or administrative coordination professionals
Proficiency with learning management systems
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with enterprise LMS platforms in a regulated training environment
Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM
