Description
The Service Scheduling Coordinator will manage day-to-day schedules for Zoox’s growing fleet services, including TeleOps, RiderOps, Mission Readiness, Mission Control, and Fleet Support Analysts. The role plans and executes processes, coordinates future operations, translates data into visuals, tracks resourcing, and supports internal logistics and stakeholder alignment. It is an entry-level position requiring 0–3 years of experience, with scheduling, dispatching, production planning, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication skills.
