The Scheduling Technician reports to Julien and balances customer service with industrial performance by setting and adjusting daily production plans, managing finished goods and raw material requirements, coordinating inter-site transfers, communicating product availability and shortages, analyzing carryover out-of-stock items, and participating in ERP implementation. The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and Floris, along with strong teamwork, responsiveness, organization, and relationship-building skills.
