TEKsystems is hiring a full-time, contract-to-hire Scheduling Trainer for an onsite position in Chesapeake, Virginia. The role delivers scheduling staff training and onboarding, serves as an Epic subject-matter expert, coordinates education and training records, supports Joint Commission, CMS, and organizational compliance, develops training materials, and prepares reports for audit readiness. Candidates need Epic certification or the ability to obtain it within one year, prior trainer, educator, lead, or onboarding experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and healthcare experience managing multiple priorities.
