The Grocery Merchandising Associate supports Harmons by ensuring the right products are in the right place, setting up new stores, handling remodels, re-merchandising, inserting and removing items, and maintaining accurate pricing and signage. The role also coordinates with construction teams, plans holiday and seasonal displays, maintains store standards, and provides customer service. A high school diploma or GED is required, while five years of grocery or related retail merchandising experience is preferred; the position pays $16.29–$21.75 per hour and requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
