Description
The Production Shift Leader leads a production shift at fairfood Freiburg, briefing and assigning the team, managing production orders in the warehouse system, coordinating material handovers, controlling quality and product release, handling recalls and waste, and supporting the team and quality and production leadership. The role requires food-production experience and initial leadership experience or willingness to take the step, knowledge of machinery, processes, and personnel management, quality and hygiene standards, and German communication skills.
