Description
The role supports school leadership with personnel administration, recruitment, budget and procurement administration, fund administration, travel-expense settlement, and organizational matters. Applicants must hold the qualification for the first entry post of career group 2, direction “General Administrative Services,” pass the second employment aptitude examination, and have a bachelor’s degree in public administration or a comparable degree. Civil servant and collective-bargaining law knowledge, personnel-administration experience, budgetary-law knowledge, computer skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities are required or desirable.
