Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a part-time School-Age Childcare Assistant for its Before and After School Program at Penn-Bernville Elementary School in Bernville, Pennsylvania, for the 2026–2027 school year. The role pays $13.50–$14.50 per hour and follows the school calendar, with morning, afternoon, or both program options. Responsibilities include facilitating fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities; supporting homework completion; providing a safe and positive environment; observing program and school policies; and assisting with attendance, registration, and staffing. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience working with children under 13, pass background checks, be medically fit, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
