Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a part-time, non-exempt School-Age Childcare Assistant for its Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School in Columbia, Pennsylvania, for the 2026–2027 school year. The role follows the school calendar and may cover morning, afternoon, or both programs, with pay of $13.50–$14.50 per hour. Responsibilities include facilitating fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities; supporting homework completion; providing a safe and positive environment; observing program and school policies; and assisting with attendance, registration, and staffing. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience working with children under 13, pass background checks, be medically fit, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
