Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a part-time, non-exempt School-Age Childcare Assistant for its Before School Program at Candlewood Lake Elementary School in Brookfield, Connecticut, for the 2026–2027 school year. The role follows the school calendar, pays $16.98–$18.44 per hour, and involves facilitating fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework activities; providing a safe and positive environment; supporting program operations; and working with children, families, and teammates. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, obtain required health clearance, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; one year of experience with children under 13 is preferred.
