Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a part-time, non-exempt School-Age Childcare Assistant Site Director for its before- and after-school programs at Frelinghuysen Elementary School in Newton, New Jersey. The role follows the school calendar, with morning and/or afternoon program shifts, and pays $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Responsibilities include supporting children’s learning through play, maintaining program quality, staffing, compliance, records, and supplies, while working with teammates and families. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting, and the ability to pass background and fingerprint clearances; some college or early childhood coursework and lead or supervisory experience are preferred.
