Brightway Living & Learning is hiring a full-time School Age Classroom Aide for its School Age Program on Long Island. The role supports students with developmental disabilities in an ungraded self-contained classroom by assisting with instruction, behavior data collection, safety, supervision, daily living activities, classroom setup, and busing. The position offers Monday–Friday shifts from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., pays $18–$21.60 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, interest in working with students with developmental disabilities, strong communication skills, and initial Teaching Assistant Certification within 120 days.
