Description
The School Age Multi-Site Supervisor oversees multiple school-age programs and program locations, supports staff recruiting, hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, employee development, and retention, and assists with day-camp operations and site activities. The role requires travel to multiple Y branches and sites, parent and caregiver communication, child-record maintenance, safety and child-abuse-prevention compliance, and occasional physical activity. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent with 12–30 college credits, at least 18 years of age, prior experience working with children in a camp or after-school setting, and proof of MMR vaccination; prior staff-supervision experience is preferred. Starting pay is listed as $x/hr.
