Description
The School Aide supports Innovation Charter High School’s Restorative Action Department and School Operations Team by monitoring student transitions, administering discipline, supporting PBIS and restorative justice practices, recognizing safety issues, and assisting with student records, attendance, family communication, and school events. The role requires at least one year of experience working with adolescents or high school students, strong communication and organizational skills, and authorization to work in the United States. It is a full-time, 12-month position paying $55,000–$60,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
