Description
The School Assistant will provide individual guidance and support to a child during class and throughout the school day, helping with daily routines, concentration, independence, social interaction, and emotionally challenging situations. The role requires verifiable experience working with children with autism and/or ADHD, along with patience, empathy, reliability, clear communication, responsibility, and resilience. It offers fixed school-hour schedules, a supportive working environment, and compensation by agreement.
