Description
The employer is hiring a School Assistant / Integration Assistant / Inclusion Assistant to support children with special needs during lessons and breaks, promote their social and school integration, assist with everyday school tasks and communication, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other care staff. The role is scheduled for school hours Monday through Friday, approximately 20–25 hours, and can be part-time or full-time. Candidates should have experience working with children, ideally in inclusion, along with empathy, patience, communication, teamwork, care-related support, reliability, and responsibility. The position is based in Dortmund and offers training and a friendly working atmosphere.
