The School Assistant / Integration Support / Inclusion Support role supports children with special needs in everyday school life, including accompanying them during class and breaks, promoting social and school inclusion, helping with school tasks and communication, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and care staff. The position is based in Dortmund, follows school hours Monday through Friday, and offers approximately 20 hours per week in a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. Candidates should have experience working with children, ideally in inclusion, along with empathy, patience, communication, teamwork, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility; career changers without prior professional experience are welcome.
