Hawthorne Foundation Inc. is hiring a full-time Classroom-Based Behavior Analyst to work directly in assigned classrooms, model and train staff on applied behavior analysis, collect and analyze data, develop and monitor functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans, support teachers and related service providers, and supervise RBT and BCBA candidates. The role requires a master’s degree, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification, and two years of school-based ABA and supervisory experience; it also requires training in Handle With Care or CPI within three months. The position offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
