Intercare is hiring a part-time School-Based Behavior Technician in Santa Monica, California, for the 2026/2027 school year. The role works in a school-based setting, providing one-on-one ABA support to students with autism and helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills. The technician collaborates with families, teachers, and supervisors, and training is provided. The position pays $19.25–$23.00 per hour, requires school-day availability from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and requires a high school diploma plus one of the listed educational qualifications, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and the ability to perform active physical work.
