Description
Intercare is hiring a part-time School-Based Behavior Technician in Boyle Heights, California, to support students with autism in a school-based setting during the 2026/2027 school year. The role provides one-on-one ABA-based support for communication, social, and daily living skills; collaborates with families, teachers, and supervisors; and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and the ability to stand, bend, run, and lift up to 50 pounds. No prior ABA experience is required because training is provided, and the schedule is 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM with availability required. Pay is $19.25–$23.00 per hour, with paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, education reimbursement, and career advancement opportunities.
