Description
Cortica is hiring a School Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one and group behavior support to students with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences in school settings. The role implements individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs, collaborates with educators and caregivers, supports communication and self-regulation, collects progress data, and follows safety and crisis protocols. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with required availability from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, includes administrative work from home when no client is assigned, and follows the school calendar. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, an active BCAT or RBT credential, safety training certification within 30 days, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between work locations. The base pay range is $20.57 to $27.60.
