Description
GAMUT Behavioral Services is hiring school-based Behavior Therapists/Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis support to school-aged students in the Horsham area. The role implements individualized goals under the direction of special education teachers and/or BCBAs, collects quantitative data on student progress, and completes timely documentation. Prior experience with ABA, autism, special education, childcare, or disability support is preferred but not required because training is provided. The position operates during weekday school hours and offers health and dental benefits, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and BCBA program supervision.
