Help Group is hiring a full-time School Based Clinical Supervisor with a case load in Sherman Oaks. The role supervises unlicensed and licensed therapists, assigns and oversees caseloads, manages documentation and productivity, handles crises, supports students’ social-emotional needs, prepares IEP documentation, consults with treatment teams and school or outside providers, leads clinical department meetings, and may provide direct services. Applicants need a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family counseling, a minimum of two years of post-licensure mental health experience, clinical supervision ability, strong clinical and supervisory skills, and a valid California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
