Chicago Public Schools is hiring a School-Based Miscellaneous employee at Carl Von Linne School on Chicago's North/Northwest Side. The role provides supplemental student supervision before, during, and after the school day, including monitoring hallways, recess, lunchrooms, school entry and dismissal, study hall, in-school suspension, field trips, and early childhood classroom coverage. It may also provide temporary operational support such as parent outreach, tutoring, reception, social media, clerical/data entry/filing, school activities, and recruitment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of related support experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, reliability, and the ability to move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
