Arc Programs is hiring a temporary School-Based Substance Use Counsellor to provide individualized early intervention and treatment services to youth attending high schools in School District #23. The role involves assessment, service planning, individual and family counselling, life-skills support, presentations, case administration, and coordination with community providers. It is full-time during the school year at 32 hours per week and part-time in the summer at 30 hours per week, with services provided on-site at assigned schools and during the summer break. Compensation is $29.95–$33.20 per hour based on experience and education, and benefits are available after a probationary period for full-time employees.
