Brightli / Preferred Family Health Care is hiring a full-time School-Based Support Specialist for McDonough County School District in Illinois to provide in-school mental health support to students. The role involves individualized, strengths-based services, assessments, treatment planning, crisis response, care coordination, documentation, outreach, and collaboration with families, school staff, and other providers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience, or an associate’s degree in behavioral health support, along with related mental health experience, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
