School Based Therapist at Centerstone

Centerstone is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist to provide therapeutic interventions for clients with behavioral health diagnoses, including individual and group therapy, treatment planning, intake, assessments, resource coordination, discharge planning, and follow-up. The role also includes clinical supervision of practicum and internship students and staff, monitoring urinalysis and breathalyzer testing, and maintaining client documentation.
