School Based Therapist at Centerstone

Centerstone is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist to provide therapeutic interventions for clients with behavioral health diagnoses, including individual and group therapy, treatment planning, intake, assessments, resource coordination, discharge planning, and follow-up. The role also includes clinical supervision of practicum and internship students and staff, as well as monitoring urinalysis, breathalyzer, and other testing. A master's degree and LISW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LPCC licensure are required, while two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.
