Clarvida is hiring a full-time School-Based Therapist in Tennessee for a hybrid role. The therapist provides Clarvida-approved behavioral and emotional health services to children, adolescents, and families across school, home, and office settings, including assessment, therapy, treatment planning, crisis intervention, care coordination, documentation, and supervision. The position requires a master’s degree in a discipline eligible for Tennessee mental health licensure, knowledge of child development and therapeutic interventions, and the ability to travel and work flexible hours. Compensation is $19.23 with a $500 sign-on bonus, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance options, paid leave, licensure supervision, and other employee benefits.
