Mentor Behavioral Health is hiring an Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic evaluations, therapy, family support, crisis interventions, mental health consultation, treatment planning, discharge planning, and clinical documentation to youth, families, and adults. The role offers 25 service-delivery hours per week, can be delivered in homes, communities, offices, or virtually, and includes a $60,000 annual salary, $4,000 bonus, quarterly incentive potential, benefits, flexible scheduling, and a laptop. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, LSW, at least three years of experience with children or families, and a master’s degree in human services plus LPC or MFT licensure.
