Description
Necco is hiring a School Based Therapist to provide solution-focused, strength-based mental health services to youth from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role includes clinical intakes, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy, caseload management, documentation, billing, crisis prevention, and collaboration with schools, foster parents, and treatment teams. The therapist also provides in-home services, transports clients, and may supervise or mentor team members. Qualifications vary by state and include a relevant degree, professional licensure, a valid driver’s license, insurance coverage, training and travel willingness, background checks, and software proficiency.
