Description
The School Behavior Specialist will work in person at the Sheppard Pratt School in Hunt Valley, providing functional behavioral assessments, behavioral intervention and positive behavior support plans, staff training, data analysis, and supervision of Assistant Behavior Specialists and Resource Specialists for children in the Autism program. The role requires a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, behavioral psychology, special education, or a closely related field, two to three years of behavior assessment and management experience, and knowledge of behavior analysis, psychiatric terminology, and data collection software.
