Description
The School Bus Aide assists in the safe transportation of students, monitors passenger welfare, supports loading and unloading, performs vehicle inspections, communicates with passengers and bus drivers, enforces conduct rules, participates in emergency drills, and may assist with vehicle direction. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver license, background and drug screening, strong communication and attendance, and the ability to work with children and manage stressful situations.
