Compass Transportation is looking for experienced School Bus Drivers who can transport students safely and efficiently. The company offers paid CDL training for those without existing Class B CDL licenses. Responsibilities include driving the bus according to established routes and schedules, ensuring student safety and comfort, performing pre-trip inspections, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating effectively with students and parents. Candidates must have a valid U.S. (IL) driver's license for at least three years, a Class B CDL with appropriate endorsements, and a willingness to work mornings, afternoons, and potentially on charter trips.
