Phalen Leadership Academies is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver for its James and Rosemary Phalen Leadership Academy in Indianapolis, Indiana. The driver is responsible for safely transporting students and adult learners, following DOT and Indiana school transportation regulations, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, assisting passengers with disabilities when needed, and completing required safety, licensing, medical, and background-check requirements. The role is hourly, on-site, and includes paid downtime between routes as well as occasional extended day hours, weeknights, and weekends as needed.
