Description
The Driver Evaluator is a part-time, non-exempt, internal position responsible for evaluating and documenting school bus and other company vehicle drivers, assessing their competency and developmental needs, providing feedback and coaching, maintaining driver records, supporting safety and recruiting programs, and operating vehicles on home-to-school, field-trip, or charter routes. The role requires a Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements, at least two years of commercial driving experience, current DOT medical certification, and strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
