Description
The Driver Evaluator is a part-time, non-exempt, internal position responsible for evaluating and documenting school bus and other transportation drivers’ competency, identifying developmental needs, promoting safety, and providing transportation on home-to-school, field-trip, or charter routes. The role also supports recruiting, onboarding, driver-file maintenance, safety programs, coaching, and compliance with driving regulations. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least two years of commercial driver license experience, possess required licenses and certifications, and have a clean three-year driving record.
