Description
The Driver Evaluator is a part-time, non-exempt, internal position responsible for evaluating and documenting school bus and other company vehicle drivers, assessing their competency and developmental needs, providing feedback and coaching, maintaining driver records, supporting safety and recruiting programs, and operating company vehicles on home-to-school, field-trip, or charter routes. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of commercial driver license experience, valid school bus and passenger endorsements, DOT medical certification, accident-free driving history, and strong communication, recordkeeping, and coaching skills.
