Description
Durham School Services is hiring a school bus transportation trainer/instructor to lead and administer initial and recurrent training programs, supervise driver trainers, recruit and train school bus drivers, conduct classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction, manage drug and alcohol testing programs, lead safety meetings, investigate accidents and safety complaints, and maintain driver safety initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, SBDI certification, a commercial driver's license with passenger and school bus endorsements, strong leadership and organizational abilities, and preferably three years of school bus transportation training experience and supervisory experience.
