Yinghua Academy is hiring a full-time, academic-year School Counselor for the 2026-27 school year in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role provides counseling and guidance services to students in a nurturing school environment, including curriculum design and implementation, individual/group/classroom counseling, referrals, family and staff collaboration, records maintenance, reporting, and compliance with school policies and state regulations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and a valid Minnesota School Counselor license, with prior school counseling experience preferred.
